The Brief
Zental brought us in to produce a series of high-quality social videos for their Knightsbridge clinic. The focus wasn’t on launching a new space — it was about levelling up their content to match the premium feel of the clinic and the brand.
They wanted clean, lifestyle-led visuals that showcased treatments, staff interactions, and the overall atmosphere — all captured in a way that felt natural, elevated, and social-ready. The brief was simple: create content that looks as good as the clinic feels.
The APPROACH
This was a lean, two-person shoot with a clear focus: produce a suite of longer-form video assets that felt polished, premium, and true to the Zental brand. Across one day, we captured a mix of staff and patient interviews, combined with cinematic B-roll and natural cutaways of the clinic in action.
Each interview was carefully lit and framed to bring out the calm, high-end feel of the space. We worked across multiple rooms to keep the visuals varied, while using a soft, lifestyle-led approach to filming that avoided anything overly clinical.
The end result: eight individual videos ranging from 1 to 5 minutes each — covering topics from treatments and philosophy to patient experience. Built for Zental’s website and internal use, these films now serve as an evergreen content bank that speaks directly to their audience.
The OUTCOME
The final deliverables gave Zental a versatile content library they could use across web, email, and social — all aligned with the premium look and feel of their Knightsbridge location.
Each video serves a specific purpose: from building trust with potential patients to showcasing the clinic’s approach and expertise. By combining real stories with elevated production, the films added depth to Zental’s digital presence — helping them communicate not just what they do, but how they do it.

From camera setups in spotless treatment rooms to capturing quiet moments between interviews, this was a day of fast turnarounds and smooth transitions. With just two of us on set, we kept things agile — moving between lighting setups, sound checks, and B-roll runs to get everything in the bag.
