The Brief


Nutru were preparing to launch their new plant-powered iced coffee and needed a short, high-impact commercial to introduce the product. The goal was to create a punchy, visually-led spot that felt premium, energising and social-ready — something that could work across paid ads, reels and the brand’s own channels.

The APPROACH


This was a high-energy concept built around a bold 20-second video that needed to be web page responsive to allow both vertical and landscape viewing dependent upon the browser. The ad was designed to stop the scroll, create intrigue, and hero Nutru’s plant-powered ingredients — especially coconut oil, one of the key ingredients that make them different.

The shoot was built around high-impact visuals: coffee pours, liquid explosions, and product interactions captured in slow motion for maximum detail and drama. We kept the pacing tight, using sharp cuts and dynamic movement to keep it feeling fresh and punchy.

Shooting in 240fps required lots of light and multiple lighting setups to ensure every splash, pour and twist hit just right.

The OUTCOME


The final film gave Nutru a bold launch asset they could use across social and paid — short, eye-catching, and built to match the energy of the product. It captured the premium feel of the brand while highlighting its unique ingredients in a way that felt slick and shareable.

The campaign helped set the tone for Nutru’s visual identity, and the cutdowns have since been used across multiple placements — from organic reels to paid ad campaigns.
