The Brief
SUPERCO’s GROW series aims to connect founders and senior team members from beauty brands with industry experts and investors at Shoreditch House. The goal was to deliver a high-energy day of discussions, panels, and workshops focused on DTC growth, fundraising, TikTok marketing, marketplace strategies, and emerging product trends.
Hey Pablo was hired to produce event highlight footage, panel interviews, and dynamic brand storytelling content — capturing the energy and expertise of the day in short, shareable film assets.
The APPROACH
This wasn’t your typical corporate event — and the video couldn’t feel like one either. GROW: Beauty was designed to be fast-moving, founder-focused, and full of energy. Our job was to reflect that across every frame.
With a two-person crew, we kept things agile — filming panel highlights, audience moments, and spontaneous conversations in a way that felt natural and editorial, not staged. We used handheld movement, tight depth of field, and ambient sound to give the content a sense of presence — like you were actually there.
The goal was to make the content feel as modern and vibrant as the brands in the room — stylish, story-led, and way more engaging than your standard event recap.
The OUTCOME
We delivered one main event film that captured the tone, energy and highlights of the day — designed to work across SUPERCO’s channels as a standout brand piece for the GROW series.
Alongside that, we created 10 short-form edits optimised for LinkedIn, each one focused on a key takeaway, quote or panel moment. These cutdowns gave SUPERCO a steady stream of content to post post-event — helping them extend the life of the event, drive engagement, and showcase the value of GROW: Beauty to future partners and attendees.
Stylish, founder-led, and far from corporate — the final content hit exactly the tone the event was built on.
